- Ponemos un trozo de papel aluminio antes de la tapa, asegur谩ndolo a las orillas, as铆 atrapamos m谩s el calor. Y cocinamos a fuego bajo por 20-25 minutos. Podemos abrir un poco y con tenedor confirmar la cocci贸n, con cuidado por que saldr谩 vapor muy caliente. Sirve cuidando no se rompa el filete. A disfrutar..!!
