- En un bowl agregamos la crema para batir ya que tenga consistencia agregar el chocolate previamente derretido en forma de liston hasta incorporar todo, debe tomar una consistencia firme.



- Con la crema de chocolate rellenar encima de cada corte del bizcocho, con el mismo terminar de forrar y alizar por encima del pastel, refrigerar.



- Para el ganache pondremos a calentar la crema y agregamos el chocolate, con ayuda de una cuchara incorporar correctamente, dejamos enfriar.
- Ya frío lo colocamos sobre el pastel empezando del centro hacia las orillas.

- Decorar con los chocolates de tu preferencia y listo a disfrutar.
