Después los limpias retiras la piel quemada y semillas los lavas bien antes de hacerlos tiritas y los reservas.
- Pasar por aceite las tortillas enteras sin cortar hasta que queden semi doradas.
- En un refractario coloca una capa de ingredientes hasta llenar el refractario, en este orden tortillas, salsa de tomate, pollo desmenuzado, chile verde en rajas y queso Chihuahua desmenuzado o molido.
- Una vez listo lo llevas al horno precalentado a 250 grados centígrados por 30 minutos o hasta que esté dorado el queso en la parte de arriba
