- Si no tienes olla exprés y lo haces en olla normal con tapa y se va a quedar casi 1 hora y cuarto a fuego medio y moverás cada 10 minutos y hasta que la carne esté muy suave, checa la carne pasando de la hora y entre más suave la quieras déjala más tiempo al fuego sin dejar de mezclar.
- Ya para el acompañamiento los frijoles y arroz es a su gusto, puede ser arroz rojo o blanco.
