- Después vertemos a la olla de habas y agregamos las zanahorias picadas en trozos medianos, mezclamos y dejamos cocer hasta que suavice la zanahoria.


- Y después añadimos las calabazas cortadas en trocitos medianos, sal al gusto y unas ramitas de cilantro fresco, mezclamos y dejamos cocer otro rato hasta que suavicen las calabacitas.
